Brand films, commercials & corporate video.

Brand films. Commercials.
A story worth telling.

Nowa Film produces corporate videos, brand films, commercials and product videos in Toronto. We bring creative development, filming and post-production together for marketing teams, agencies and founders who want thoughtful images and a clear story.

Explore commercial campaigns, company stories, product films and live band sessions here. Different subjects call for different treatments. We plan your film around its audience and purpose, then agree the supporting versions your website, sales team or campaign needs.

Before the cameras come out, we work through the audience, the story and where the film will live. Scripts, shot lists, locations, lighting and sound are planned together. After the shoot, we shape the edit, colour and mix, then prepare the supporting cuts so your team has a complete set of assets ready to use.

Corporate video production that starts with a real story.

A film your team can put to work

A corporate video should make something easier to understand: what the company does, why a product matters or what it feels like to work there. We help marketing teams and founders choose the story before choosing the shots. A brand film may lead with feeling; a product video may need a demonstration; a recruitment or testimonial piece depends on people speaking clearly and naturally.

Give the interview a purpose

For a leadership interview or company profile, start with the questions your audience actually asks. We plan the interview topics, supporting footage and filming environment around those answers. If several people need to appear, share their availability and review responsibilities early. That lets the production plan account for the people as well as the picture.

Plan the hero film and the supporting cuts together

A website film, a sales presentation and a LinkedIn edit are different viewing situations. Agree on the main film, shorter versions, aspect ratios, captions and final handover before filming. A separate opening or product detail may be more useful than cropping the same edit for every channel. The deliverable list determines what we capture and what the quote covers.

A few good questions.

What does corporate video production include?

A project can cover creative development, scripting, interview planning, location filming, editing, colour, sound and motion graphics. The proposal defines the crew, shoot time, deliverables and review stages for your brief. Brand films, product demonstrations, testimonials and recruitment films each need a different balance of those services.

How much does a corporate video cost in Toronto?

The main cost drivers are the creative approach, number of filming days and locations, crew, on-screen talent, post-production work and number of versions. A short video with several locations can require more production than a longer interview filmed in one place. Use our Rates page to explore the scope, then request a project-specific quote.

Can you film at our office or workplace?

Office and location shoots are part of the service. Share the location, available rooms, background noise, access times and any restrictions on filming people or confidential material. These details help us plan lighting, sound and a workable schedule before arriving.

How should we prepare our team for filming?

Choose one person to consolidate feedback, confirm who approves the script and final cut, and share brand guidelines and key messages. For interviews, prepare topics and examples rather than a speech to memorise. Send any product facts or statements that need internal approval before the shoot.

Commercial video production with an idea worth filming.

A clear thought, with room for a little fun

A commercial needs more than polished images. It needs a thought people can recognise, enjoy and remember. We develop concepts for brands and agency teams, then connect the treatment, script, casting, locations and visual approach to that idea. The aim is a distinctive spot with a clear role in the campaign, whether the tone is playful, confident or quietly cinematic.

Build around the media plan

TV, YouTube pre-roll and paid social have different technical requirements and viewing habits. Share the placements, lengths, territories and campaign dates before production. We can plan the main spot and its shorter versions together, including product shots, end cards and alternate openings. Broadcast delivery is scoped against the broadcaster's supplied specifications.

Keep the approval path clear

A launch can involve marketing, creative, executives, an agency and a media partner. Agree who approves the treatment, script, offer language and final masters. Talent, music and other licensed material also need a defined usage scope. Bringing those decisions into pre-production helps the final edit follow a plan everyone understands.

A few good questions.

Do you develop commercial concepts or work from an agency script?

Both. Nowa Film can develop a concept and treatment with your brand team or produce an existing agency script. We agree the creative responsibilities at the start, including who supplies the script, brand assets, offer details and final approvals.

Can one commercial become TV, YouTube and social ads?

Yes, when those versions are planned into the scope. Different lengths and aspect ratios may need alternate framing, openings, graphics and calls to action. Tell us the placements before the shoot so the main spot and supporting edits are designed together.

What affects the price of commercial production?

Concept complexity, shoot days, crew, locations, casting, set requirements, post-production and usage rights all affect the quote. The number of campaign versions matters too. We scope production against the idea and media plan rather than pricing a commercial by its runtime alone.

Can you produce a commercial for a Toronto shoot and a national campaign?

Yes. We are based in Toronto and work with brands planning campaigns across Canada. Share where the ad will run and for how long so the production brief can address the required versions, delivery specifications and licensing scope.
