Event videography in Toronto for conferences, corporate events, galas and launches. Nowa Film plans multi-camera coverage, recap films, social edits and IMAG with the people producing the event, so the live experience and the finished footage have a shared plan.
IMAG (image magnification) brings live close-ups of speakers and performances onto venue screens. Camera operators and live switching are planned around your stage and screen setup, alongside the footage you need for the finished event film.
Before doors open, we work through the run of show, camera positions, clean audio and the edit schedule. For IMAG, we coordinate live switching and the venue's screen feed as part of that plan. After the event, we shape the footage into a recap, with versions for your audience, partners and next event invitation.

IMAG keeps speakers and performances visible on venue screens, while our crew captures the event for the edit.

A conference recap, a full speaker recording and a sponsor cut answer different needs. We work with event teams, marketing leads and executive assistants to define those outputs before building the coverage plan. Tell us which moments cannot be missed, who needs to appear and where the finished films will be shared.
IMAG means image magnification: live camera views sent to the venue's screens so the audience can see speakers and performances clearly. Camera positions, switching, screen feeds and the venue's AV responsibilities need to be coordinated in advance. A camera following the stage for the live audience may not be available to capture arrivals or interviews at the same time.
A recap screened before the event ends needs a realistic footage cutoff, an editing station, an approval contact and a tested playback plan. Those decisions happen alongside the run of show. For a later delivery, there is more room to shape the story, incorporate interviews and prepare separate versions for attendees, sponsors and the next event invitation.
A few good questions.
Nowa Film covers conferences, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, product launches and community events in Toronto and the GTA. A brief can include multi-camera coverage, interviews, recap films, social edits and IMAG for venue screens.
Yes, as a planned production service. The crew, on-site editing, footage handoffs, review time and playback deadline must be scoped before the event. A same-day film uses the moments available before its editing cutoff; later highlights can be delivered separately if included.
IMAG is live camera coverage for the screens inside the venue. Event videography captures footage for recordings, recaps and other edited films. A project can include both, but camera assignments, audio, switching and venue AV connections need a coordinated plan.
Send the date, venue, run of show, coverage hours, expected rooms or stages, key moments and deliverables. Include the screen and audio setup if IMAG is needed, plus any same-day playback deadline. Identify the person who can approve changes and edits during the event.
